Healthy Cooking Boot Camp

Cooking at home is one of the best things you can do for your health. This hands-on, small group class taught by Amber Hanson, chef and licensed nutritionist with Whole You Nutrition, will give you the confidence to cook simple, healthy meals for you and your family. You will practice knife skills, learn basic cooking techniques, get information on healthy fats and oils for cooking and leave with a handful of easy recipes perfect for meal prep.

This group is capped at 6 people which keeps the total number in our large community room under 10. We will make full use of the space to appropriately distance people. There is a full kitchen including a sink in the room which allows for frequent hand washing. Please follow the COVID precautions above and cancel if needed. Masks are encouraged.
