It rejects diet culture and helps you relearn how to listen to and trust internal cues of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction rather than following external diet rules. In a 90-minute video you will learn what Intuitive Eating is and, perhaps more importantly, what it is not from Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor Amber Hanson, LN, CNS. The class includes is a high-level overview of the 10 Principle Intuitive Eating framework to help you better understand how to find peace and pleasure in food and eating.

The class is delivered as downloadable e-book that contains a link to the video session, a recap of the principles, and additional resources. You will have lifetime access to the video and are encouraged to reach out to Amber directly with any questions related to the material.
