If you are new(er) to the idea of Intuitive Eating and anti-diet nutrition this is a good place to start. In a 90-minute video you will learn what Intuitive Eating is and, perhaps more importantly, what it is not from Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor Amber Hanson, LN, CNS. The class includes is a high-level overview of the 10 Principle Intuitive Eating framework to help you better understand how to find peace and pleasure in food and eating.
