Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¾ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt, divided
  • 4 (5-ounce) salmon filets
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
  1. Heat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon salt; set aside.
  3. Season salmon with remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the top of the salmon filets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Air fry in a single layer for 7-9 minutes or until salmon flakes easily (internal temperature 145°F).
