Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¾ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¾ tsp. salt, divided
- 4 (5-ounce) salmon filets
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Heat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon salt; set aside.
- Season salmon with remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the top of the salmon filets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Air fry in a single layer for 7-9 minutes or until salmon flakes easily (internal temperature 145°F).
